New Collection Prices
As of July 1, collection prices for Queensland customers have been adjusted to account for the State’s new Waste Levy.
In order to continue to provide the best possible service, we have endeavoured to minimise the impact of this Levy by increasing our prices marginally and on collections only.
Our new collection prices for Queensland residents are as follows:
The Queensland Government have applied a $75 per tonne charge for general waste, with regulated waste costing $155 for Category 1 items and $105 for Category 2.
This levy is paid by landfill and commercial operators with a number of operators charging a significantly higher price than the levy charge.
