The allowed waste includes mattresses, fridges, trees, Plants, dirt, cardboard boxes, polystyrene, timber, and even construction rubbish.

Each FLEXiSKiP type accept different waste streams and every FLEXiSKiP sold comes with an instructional flyer attached to FLEXi with conditions and allowed waste streams, make sure you check you’re buying the right FLEXiSKiP for the job and adhere to the allowed waste streams.

4.

WHAT WE WON’T TAKE

A good guideline on what cannot be put in a skip is that if it’s hazardous or harmful, you can’t throw it away. Some items may not be obvious, such as batteries, glass and tyres, that’s why we’ve pulled together a list of items you can’t throw away in a skip bin or bag.

Looking to get rid of contaminated items? then, check out our Contaminated FLEXiSKiPs. Same goes for concrete – our Multi and Single Pour bags are the perfect solutions for your leftover pour.

SETTING UP & USING YOUR GENERAL & CONSTRUCTION FLEXiSKiP

Let’s Unpack

Today’s the day to de-clutter! Let’s grab your FLEXiSKiP out of it’s box (it’s super light) and lay it out flat, ready to be filled.

Setting Up

Hop inside your FLEXiSKiP (go on, we know you want to), lift all four sides up, then fold one side out and down over itself.

Ready to Go

Fold out the remaining three sides, pushing out the bottom corners as you go (you’ll be a FLEXiSKiP master before you know it).

Start Filling

Fill your FLEXi up! Make sure all heavy items are below the heavy fill line i.e. concrete, bricks, rock, dirt and those ugly retro tiles which have lasted the test of time. Remember, if you’re not filling your FLEXi on your kerb, then only fill it part of the way so it’s not too heavy to move.

Find the Best Place

Once half-full, raise all four sides and place within four metres of the kerb on your property. Make sure there are also no obstructions like powerlines, driveways and cars.

Ahhh Perfect!

When full, scan the QR code, located in the sleeve on your FLEXiSKiP, for collection. Then simply sit back and congratulate yourself on a now clean abode while we have it collected within 72 hours.

7.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AS OVERSIZED

Our FLEXiSKiP’s are built tough but, we don’t want you filling them so they are bursting at the seams.

If the two long straps can touch each other then you’re good to go but, if not, you might need to order a buddy. Charges may apply to overweight FLEXiSKiP’s.

8.

DOES THE FLEXiSKiP HAVE TO BE USED STRAIGHT AWAY

FLEXiSKiP’s can be used whenever you wish.

We understand that decluttering takes time or gets delayed; that’s why with FLEXiSKiP you can take advantage of the two-part process where you purchase the FLEXiSKiP, use it whenever you like then when you’re ready, pay for the collection.
